Minder has operated a bitcoin mining site in Southern Georgia for the last six years — established local relationships, utility standing, and site infrastructure.

Minder developed the on-site substation, sourced from a Georgia power co-op, and downstream data center critical infrastructure (UPS, GEN, switchgear, etc).

Expansion Within 18 Months

Minder has signed an ESA addendum adding significant capacity. All capital commitments have been released — the 18-month clock is running.

At full build, the substation serves the entire campus in an N+1 configuration across breakers and transformers.
